In this role, you will transform design concepts into intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing web interfaces. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver user-centered solutions that enhance our users’ experience. Required Skills/ Technology Experience Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and high-performance front-end web applications. Translate wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs into functional user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks like jQuery. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to refine user interactions and ensure design feasibility. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to inform design and development improvements. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. Implement and maintain front-end standards, best practices, and reusable code libraries. Work with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow. Stay up to date with emerging technologies, design trends, and industry best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field — or equivalent work experience. Proven experience developing responsive web interfaces. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (jQuery, React, Vue.js, Angular). Solid understanding of UX principles and UI design patterns. Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch). Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and SEO best practices. We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack .NET Technology Team Leader to join our team as soon as possible. The ‘Team Lead ‘ will have a strong technology and software development background in .NET with a minimum of 4-6 years in leading a delivery team. A strong background in full-stack .NET design patterns and paradigms, with extensive experience in SQL, MVC, .NET Core, and other technology stacks, is required. Powerful spoken and written English skills with leadership skills is an absolute requirement for this position. The development team at SchoolCues is responsible for the SaaS platform, a complex system that continues to evolve with new functionalities, integration with third-party products, reworking existing functionalities, and the upkeep of the system 24/7. Responsibilities Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in leading a development team of 1 0 + developers Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the development of Web-based applications using Microsoft .NET technologies Demonstrated ability to monitor team performance, adherence to coding standards, and problem-solving skills/ability to mentor a remote hybrid team of developers and testers. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to grow organic traffic and qualified leads Conduct deep keyword research focused on K–12 education, private school trends, and administrative software needs Optimize landing pages, blog content, knowledge base articles, and product pages for search intent and conversions Work cross-functionally to implement technical SEO fixes (page speed, mobile responsiveness, structured data, indexing) Lead backlink-building efforts through partnerships, guest posts, and outreach to education-focused publications Use tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Looker Studio to analyze traffic trends, rankings, and performance Collaborate with content creators to build a scalable, SEO-first editorial calendar focused on school leaders and decision-makers Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and search behavior trends in the education technology space Qualifications 6-8 years of experience in SEO, with a strong track record in B2B SaaS; experience in EdTech or K–12 space is a plus Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Strong command of tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), GSC, Ahrefs, SpyFu SEMrush Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, HubSpot, or Webflow; HTML/CSS knowledge preferred Excellent writing/editing skills and an eye for search-intent content optimization Proven ability to turn SEO data into actionable growth strategies Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools and automation techniques for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Knowledge of CRO, UX, and content strategy fundamentals Passion for education technology and improving school operations
