Senior Full Stack Engineer

With 7-11 years of experience, this hybrid work mode role is ideal for professionals who excel in developing scalable, enterprise-grade applications and enjoy collaborating with teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, REST APIs, and cloud-native services. - Utilize Azure Cloud and Big Data technologies to create high-performance solutions. - Collaborate with Agile teams, business analysts, and IT partners to execute enterprise-level strategic initiatives. - Ensure adherence to best practices, CI/CD, automation, and security standards. - Mentor and provide guidance to team members in an onshore-offshore setup. **Must-Have Skills:** - Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and J2EE. - Experience with REST API & Microservices. - Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React or Angular. - Knowledge of Azure Cloud services & DevOps practices. - Exposure to Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Hive. **Preferred Skills:** - Previous experience in the US Insurance / Group Benefits domain. - Hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker / Kubernetes. - Familiarity with Agile / SAFe methodologies.
