Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using

  ASP.NET MVC

  and

  Web API

  .
• Work extensively with

  MS SQL Server

  : write complex queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance while ensuring data integrity.
• Integrate seamlessly with

  front-end technologies (React.js)

  and support full-stack development patterns.
• Leverage

  Microsoft Azure cloud services

  for deployment, scaling, and monitoring to build secure and maintainable solutions.
• Occasionally work with

  Django

  applications (new or legacy) and integrate with Django back-ends.
• Ensure

  best software engineering practices

  clean code, design patterns, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and peer code reviews.

• Mentor junior developers

  , share technical expertise, and uplift overall team productivity and code quality.
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to translate business needs into efficient technical solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and propose proactive fixes and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree

  in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 4 to 6 years

  of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  ASP.NET MVC, C#, Web API, and Strong SQL Server aremandatory

  .

• Proficiency in MS SQL Server: database design, complex T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing, and query optimization -mandatory.

• Solid experience in

  building RESTful APIs

  and integrating with front-end systems.
• Familiarity with

  Microsoft Azure

  (App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, monitoring/logging) is an added advantage.
• Excellent grasp of

  OOP, SOLID principles, software architecture, and clean code practices

  .
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Desired (Nice-to-Have)

• Knowledge / Experience

  on

  MS Azure

  would be plus.
• Hands-on understanding of

  React.js

  and ability to collaborate with front-end engineers.
• Exposure to

  Django development

  or familiarity with the

  Django framework
