Senior Full Stack Developer

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Software Developer with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining large-scale, user-facing production applications
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both frontend and backend development, with a strong emphasis on cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and system reliability
• You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing our core applications, ensuring they are scalable, performant, and robust
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack applications
• Build robust and efficient backend services and RESTful APIs using Python (Quart/FastAPI), Node.js (ExpressJS), or .NET CoreDevelop dynamic, responsive, and reusable frontend components and features using modern frameworks like React.js or AngularArchitect, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP), ensuring high availability and scalability
• Implement and advocate for DevOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Actively participate in monitoring production applications, setting up alerts, diagnosing issues, and implementing solutions to ensure system health and performance
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and elegant solutions
• Proactively identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex problems, and drive technical initiatives to improve application architecture and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4-5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer working on large-scale, user-facing production applications
• Strong Backend Proficiency: Deep hands-on experience in building and maintaining REST APIs with at least one of: Python, ExpressJS (Node.js), or .NET Core
• Strong Frontend Proficiency: Solid experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React.js or Angular
• Cloud & DevOps Experience: Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps tools (e.g, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform)
• Production Mindset: Direct experience with application monitoring, logging, and performance tuning tools (e.g, Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Database Skills: Experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical abilities and a systematic approach to debugging and solving complex technical challenges
• Strong Fundamentals: Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and secure coding practices
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems
• Knowledge of serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions)
• Familiarity with frontend state management libraries (Redux, NgRx)
• Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
