Job Description

To be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and services.

To be proficient in building and integrating REST APIs to connect backend systems with mobile applications.
To be actively engaged in collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders from the NBFC sector to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
To be committed to ensuring code quality, security, and performance standards across both backend and frontend modules.
To be involved in code reviews and to provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
To be a key collaborator with DevOps teams for seamless deployment and monitoring of applications

Skills

Backend Development: Strong experience in Python and Node.js/JavaScript.
Frontend Development: Strong hands-on React JS.
API Development: Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Database Knowledge: Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases and MySQL/MongoDB/Redis
Version Control: Experience with Git and related tools.
Understanding of secure coding practices and performance optimization.
