Senior Full Stack Developer

Our Bankruptcy solution seamlessly integrates with the MSP loan servicing system and bankruptcy services helps servicers to manage their loans - case monitoring, payment change notifications, queuing of exceptions, proof of claims filings, and bankruptcy closing initiation. Foreclosure is a web-based application that helps you manage the foreclosure process including automated vendor selection and client-specific documentation delivery, as well as event tracking and access to servicing data, which assists with a seamless and timely referral process with quality information.

Designs, builds, and maintains full stack applications for the organization. Our .Net Software Engineers develop applications in an Agile SDLC. Responsible for the development of .Net enterprise applications utilizing frameworks. Additionally responsible for the development of micro-frontend applications utilizing React and Material UI. This position will have responsibilities of Incremental migration to modern API development patterns in full life cycle development using REACT as front end, including design, programming, testing, packaging, deploying, and maintaining service and infrastructure components.

In this role, you will be supporting ICE Mortgage Servicing products. This role works closely with the ICE teams in India and U.S. Therefore, qualified candidates are expected to overlap part of their working hours with the U.S. Eastern time zone.

Responsibilities

• Provides full stack design and development of projects involving application development, migrations, and additions to existing applications.
• Develops micro frontend applications utilizing React in close accord with a UX team and ensures the responsiveness of those applications
• Designs and develops APIs necessary to affect front end functionality and/or be consumed by other partners
• Designs and creates data models for applications and databases to persist them. Works closely with business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions
• Participates in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements
• Writes technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements
• Designs and develops automated Unit Tests, Component Tests, and Scenario Tests
• Performs code reviews and adheres to secure coding practices
• Mentors and guides work of less experienced software development staff
• Remains current on company SDLC standards. Works closely with other engineers, vendor partners and business owners to ensure that the finished solution meets the needs of the business and our customers.
• Performs additional related duties as assigned

Knowledge and Experience

• 8+ years experience in Product Development, familiarity in Mortgage, Finance or Banking domain would be added advantage.
• Bachelors Degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• Experience working with .Net development technologies and Microservices
• Experience with UI frameworks such as React.
• Experience with front end development libraries like Material UI and Node.js

Preferred Knowledge and Experience

• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Implement new microservices using API.
• Experience with XML, JSON and YAML parsing.
• Experience with any of the Kubernetes based platforms (OpenShift (OCP), EKS/ECS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry).
• Experience with RESTful service development and working with microservices applications.
• Experience working with Oracle DB, Apigee, JBOSS Application Server, Spring Batch.
• Experience working on third party service integrations.
• Experience on production support.
• Experience working with cloud native applications.
• Familiarity with relational database management technologies such as Oracle, SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with nonrelational database technologies such as DynamoDB, MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines (Azure).
• Familiarity with source code management tools such as Azure DevOps, TFS, and/or Git.
• Proficiency with development technique such as Test-Driven Development, Unit Tests, Component Tests and/or Scenario Tests.
• Experience working as part of an Agile Release Train in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
