Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer (MERN Stack) with 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing robust web applications.The ideal candidate should be proficient in both frontend and backend technologies, capable of building scalable APIs, and comfortable working in an agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams.
• Perform code reviews and ensure best coding practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Experience with REST APIs, JWT authentication, and database design.
• Knowledge of Git version control and agile development practices.
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
