Senior - FS Holland

As a Senior at our company, you will primarily be an individual contributor with team and people management responsibilities. If you are in a supervisory role, your span of control would typically be 3-4 members. You will act as the Performance Manager for 3-4 appraisees, guiding their performance evaluations and leading their career development. Your reporting line will be to the Assistant Manager or Manager. Your work will be in support of our operations in Holland. The typical work timings are from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with flexibility based on client deliverables and commitments.
