Senior Front-End Engineer

Your strong communication and documentation skills will be essential for effective teamwork. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and deliver front-end applications using cutting-edge technologies. - Ensure flawless user interfaces through best practices in code quality, testing, and automation. - Focus on robust regression testing and continuously strive for quality improvements. - Collaborate within a dynamic team environment to contribute to the success of digital initiatives. - Actively engage in the Community of Practice to share knowledge, learn from others, and drive innovation. - Promote code reuse, collaboration, and code quality through an open-source model. - Utilize the latest development methodologies and processes to deliver top-quality software. **Qualifications:** - 5+ years of experience in modern front-end web applications. - Expertise in Flutter web and mobile development. - Extensive experience in mobile app development, focusing on iOS, Android, and Cross-Platform frameworks. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Strong background in Backend development, including Node.js, NestJS, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL. - Deep understanding of responsive web design, performance optimization, and accessibility standards. - Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks like Jest, Vitest, Playwright, and Cypress. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork. - Experience in implementing behavioral analytics tools like Mixpanel (preferred). - Leadership or project management experience is a plus. - Knowledge of the finance or insurance industry is advantageous. - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience. **Additional Company Details:** The purpose of Prudential is to be partners for every life and protectors for every future.
