Senior Front-End Engineer

As a Senior Front-End Engineer/Architect at our company, you will be a key player in the development of our front-end architecture, focusing on creating sophisticated and interactive UI components such as dynamic charts, tables, and dashboards. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product designers, data engineers, and back-end developers to deliver powerful yet user-friendly analytics interfaces. Your responsibilities will include leading the development of complex charting components using libraries like Charts.js, ApexCharts, and D3.js. You will also be responsible for building responsive and high-performing data tables with sorting, filtering, pagination, and grouping features. Additionally, you will translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect UI components that are consistent and responsive across different platforms. To excel in this role, you must architect clean, maintainable, and reusable code using Vue.js and its ecosystem. You will optimize front-end performance for real-time data rendering and maintain a modular and scalable codebase using Vue/Nuxt frameworks. Furthermore, you will drive front-end architecture decisions, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and adhere to accessibility standards. As a qualified candidate, you should possess at least 8 years of professional front-end development experience and have a keen eye for design details. Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern JS frameworks, particularly Vue.js, is essential. Experience in analytics, BI, or data-heavy product environments, along with hands-on experience in charting libraries and a deep understanding of data visualization principles, are also required. Strong communication skills, the ability to mentor junior developers, and experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and front-end performance optimization techniques are crucial for success in this role. Exposure to TypeScript, component libraries like Material UI and Vuetify, as well as familiarity with testing frameworks and cloud environments, are considered advantageous.
