Senior Front End Developer

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our fast-growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, leading feature implementation, and mentoring junior developers. You’ll work across the stack, with a strong emphasis on React.js for the frontend and modern backend technologies for server-side development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end web applications.
• Build responsive, performant, and reusable UI components using React.js.
• Develop and maintain APIs and backend services (Node.js, Python, or similar).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure high-quality code with best practices, testing, and code reviews.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues in production.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering technical growth within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with React.js (Hooks, Context, Redux or similar).
• Strong backend development experience (Node.js/Express, Python/Django/FastAPI, or similar).
• Good understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS).
• Solid understanding of coding standards.
• Experience in Three.JS or machine learning will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹408,721.30 - ₹600,463.36 per year
