Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Foreman located in Delhi NCR. The Senior Foreman will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising construction workers, operating heavy equipment, managing carpentry, and maintenance tasks. The role requires effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 -25 years experience in construction field.

Strong Technical, Supervisory and Communication Skills. High focus on quality control and auality checklists.

• Experience with Heavy Equipment
• Proficiency in Civil, Strucuture and Finishing Works
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage time and resources efficiently
• Experience in civil construction and project management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree / Graduate.
