Senior Financial Planning and Data Analysis

As a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Planning and Data Analyst, your role will involve analyzing financial data (TB, B/S & Operational data), identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business finance initiatives and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and SQL, automating data workflows and financial models using Alteryx, and supporting process improvement initiatives with scenario building. It is crucial to ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and corporate policies. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze financial data (TB, B/S & Operational data), identify trends, and provide actionable insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business finance initiatives and operational efficiency. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and SQL. - Automate data workflows and financial models using Alteryx and other tools. - Support process improvement initiatives and projects with scenario building. - Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and corporate policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 8-10 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in finance operations and business finance. - Expert-level proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power query, SQL, and Alteryx. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. - Excellent communication, presentation skills, and building process work-flow diagrams. As a preferred attribute, experience in a multinational or matrixed organization and hands-on experience in SAP are valued.
