Senior Financial Accountant

Role Overview: As a Senior Financial Accountant at XU Lifestyle, you will play a key role in working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to contribute to the growth journey of the company. Your responsibilities will include preparing various financial documents, ensuring tax compliance, managing financial statements, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making. Additionally, you may be assigned ad hoc tasks to support the finance function. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare all types of JV and make accounting entries in Tally Accounting Software - Close books and prepare MIS - Prepare GST reconciliation and ensure monthly filing - Ensure tax compliance and regulatory adherence - Prepare MIS Reports, Cash & Fund Flow Statements, and other financial reports for tracking financial performance - Manage financial statements and reports - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning - Analyze financial data to support decision-making - Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned to you Qualification Required: - Bachelor's/Master's in Commerce with a minimum of 5 years of experience OR CA inter with 2-3 years of experience - Proficiency in Tally accounting Software - Strong MIS, Analytics, and Excel skills - Good communication skills - Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot table Additional Details: XU Lifestyle is a startup in India focusing on managed home rental tech-enabled services, mainly catering to bachelors.
