Senior Finance Executive

shivani.shrotriya@cielhr.com Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Brand Discount Management: Communicate with brands to ensure timely invoice submission, validation, and follow-up for clearing outstanding receivables. Reconciliation Preparation: Prepare and maintain accurate reconciliations of brand accounts; identify mismatches and follow up for timely resolution. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Support management with updated data, MIS, and actionable insights to close open financial items efficiently. Opportunity Cost Analysis: Understand and highlight the opportunity cost and potential business impact due to delays in collections or reconciliation. Excel Reporting: Build, maintain, and automate reports, dashboards, and trackers using advanced Excel features (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF statements). Business Knowledge: Apply understanding of operational structure to improve accuracy and relevance in financial processes.
