Educational Qualification : B.Com ,M.Com , BBA , MBA or Finance Related Course.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for preparing and record keeping for all financial Transactions

Sound Knowledge in Tally ERP 9 ,Prime, MS Office .

Should be expert in computing taxes and preparing tax returns & GST organizing and maintaining financial records.

Provisional balance sheet/finalization of balance sheet/monthly receiving data/monthly expanses data/P/L account place wise.

Manage annual audit and other compliance audits to ensure financial records are maintained as per compliance.

Vendor payment, outstanding bill payments.

Responsible for all aspects of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, credit card expense report reconciliation, cash applications, collections)

Timely preparation and submission of statutory payments.

Preparation and timely filing of TDS returns,GST Returns , Advance Tax.

Assist in audit and tax representations and co-ordinate with tax consultants.

Good knowledge in Accounting Software and MS- office

Effective Communication Skills- English &Native Language, Teamwork, Adaptability, Dynamic and flexible working

Skill Set :Tally,Financial accounting, GST, TAX, Annual returns, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables, Planning and budgeting and Cash-flow management.
