Senior Finance Associate- Receivable & Inventory Controls

As a Senior Associate in Receivable & Inventory Controls based in Bangalore, your main responsibility will be to manage receivable and inventory controls by ensuring reconciliation between our company's books of accounts and customer records. You will play a key role in improving processes, automating reporting, and resolving operational challenges related to inventory financial reporting. Your responsibilities will include: - Reconciling receivables and inventory between our records and customer orders on an ongoing basis. - Implementing process improvements and automation in the reporting process for Inventory and Debtors. - Collaborating with warehouse and Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams to address operational challenges in inventory financial reporting. - Ensuring accurate weighted average cost at the style code level in the financial accounting system. - Tracking absorption of direct and indirect overheads, maintaining trackers, and audit trails of adjustments to product costs and closing stock. - Periodically reviewing internal processes and inventory health, identifying risks, and reporting to regional and corporate management. - Coordinating internal audits, bank audits, and stock audits, and incorporating necessary corrections in the warehouse management system. - Managing statutory compliances and maintaining trackers. - Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conducting periodic reviews, and ensuring effective operations related to warehousing and manufacturing. The ideal candidate for this role would be: - A self-starter who can work with minimal supervision. - Strong in establishing systems and processes and ensuring adherence to them. - Highly focused on cost accounting and controls. - Demonstrates high integrity, energy, and collaborative skills. - Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of relevant experience. - Experience in the E-Commerce ecosystem is mandatory. - Proficient in managing and processing large datasets. - Ability to work in an unstructured environment and establish systems and processes from scratch. - Good communication skills and the ability to represent the organization externally. - Capable of efficiently managing stakeholders both internal and external.,
