Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accounts Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Senior Accounts Executive will manage client accounts, develop and maintain client relationships, and ensure the delivery of influencer marketing campaigns. Daily tasks will include client meetings, strategic planning, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing reports.

Your Key Responsibilities:

? Financial Planning & Analytics:

1. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
2. Prepare, monitor, and report on MIS (Management Information Systems) to provide actionable insights.
3. Assist in creating financial models to assess business performance and opportunities.

? Cash Flow, Budget & Compliance Management:

1. Monitor and manage the companys cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity.
2. Oversee budget preparation and performance tracking to maintain financial health.
3. Ensure accurate filing and compliance for GST and TDS.
4. Recommend measures to improve cost-efficiency and financial sustainability.

? Support Strategic Initiatives:

1. Collaborate closely with the Finance Manager on key strategic activities, including fundraising efforts.
2. Prepare financial projections and pitch decks for investors and stakeholders.
3. Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and investors.

? Process Optimization:

1. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations.
2. Ensure compliance with all internal controls, regulations, and reporting requirements.
3. Manage bookkeeping and ensure proper documentation.

? Team Collaboration:

1. Act as a mentor to the Finance Associate, guiding them on day-to-day tasks and financial best practices.

What Were Looking For:

The ideal candidate will possess:

1. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 24 years of relevant experience in financial analytics, MIS, or corporate finance.
3. Strong working knowledge of GST and TDS is mandatory.
4. Advanced proficiency in financial software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Excel-based modeling.
5. Sound understanding of cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
6. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
7. Experience in fundraising processes and financial due diligence (preferred but not mandatory).
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative attitude.
