Job Description

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

The FAE will be responsible for

1. Discussing Project Logic with Client and asking for flowchart. 2. Making PLC and HMI logic, Servo and VFD parameter setting as per application. 3. Site installation of PLC, HMI, SERVO, VFD, STEPPER, LASER control system (Cypcut and Raytool laser system). 4. Commissioning and trials of applications and logic modifications. 5. Service & support of above products after sales.

Providing design support for prospective or existing relationships primarily from office but on site if needed
Offering technical support alongside the sales staff to promote the company's products to engineers during the sales cycle
Preparing and presenting technical material in meetings, identifying technical training requirements
Conducting training sessions on the use of our products and related development tools
Providing support to engineers during the integration of our products into customer/partners products
Validating customer/partner support effectiveness through regular dialog, visits and building strong relationships
