Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Female Sales Executive with over 3 years of proven success in sales. The ideal candidate is confident, target-oriented, and capable of handling premium clients while consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales. Provide personalized product recommendations based on client needs. Lead high-ticket sales discussions and close deals efficiently. Maintain and expand customer database through follow-ups and referrals. Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance. Coordinate with marketing for lead generation and promotional activities. Train and guide junior sales team members (if applicable). Represent the brand with professionalism and deep product knowledge. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Fluency in HINDI and [Local Language]. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven. Experience with POS software. Presentable, confident, and professional. Industry experience in [Fashion, Luxury Retail, Real Estate, FMCG, etc.] is preferred.
