Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Fashion Designer to lead seasonal collections from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have a refined design sensibility, deep understanding of fabric, embroidery, and silhouette construction, and be able to work seamlessly in a fast-paced, design-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in womenswear/fusionwear.

Strong understanding of silhouette, surface techniques, fabric selection, and trims.

Proficient in sketching, tech packs and making collection presentation

Strong knowledge in embroidery.

Capable of translating concept boards into cohesive collections aligned with brand aesthetics.

Ability to lead the design process from sketching to final sampling.

Knowledge of draping, pattern understanding, and garment construction.

Experience with festive, occasion, or resort wear collections preferred.

Good team management and communication skills to coordinate with sampling, embroidery, and production teams.

Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong eye for trends with the ability to adapt them into commercially viable designs.
