Senior Fashion Designer & Store Manager

Job Overview:

Angles Boutique is hiring an experienced Fashion Designer who can independently manage the boutique operations, oversee custom stitching work, handle workflow, and ensure all tasks run smoothly without owner intervention. The candidate should be capable of managing the store, coordinating with tailors, maintaining production timelines, and handling orders going to multi-brand stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop design concepts for boutique collections and custom outfits.
• Manage daily store operations independently.
• Oversee the complete custom stitching process, including measurements, trials, and fittings.
• Supervise and guide tailors, pattern makers, and other staff.
• Maintain proper workflow, production schedule, and process consistency.
• Ensure high-quality finishing and timely delivery of all orders.
• Coordinate and manage orders for multi-brand stores.
• Handle inventory of fabrics, accessories, and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional boutique environment.
• Solve operational issues and ensure smooth functioning without owner involvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion design or boutique management.
• Strong knowledge of women’s ethnic and Western wear.
• Ability to manage custom stitching work independently.
• Experience supervising tailors and handling production workflow.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong leadership, responsibility, and time management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Pattern making and garment construction knowledge.
• Fabric and material understanding.
• Quality control and finishing expertise.
• Experience handling bulk or multi-brand store orders.
