Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Senior Fashion Designer with a strong background in designing exclusive, modern, and traditional blouses. As part of the Alfa Designer Blouse team, you will be responsible for bringing fashion-forward concepts to life, understanding client requirements, and leading design execution from sketch to final piece.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop unique, trend-setting blouse patterns for bridal, festive, and casual wear.
• Lead the design process from concept sketches to final sample development.
• Collaborate with tailors, embroiderers, and production teams to ensure quality and finishing.
• Stay updated with current fashion trends, fabrics, and embroidery techniques.
• Customize blouse designs based on client preferences and body types.
• Maintain a portfolio of design samples and mood boards.
• Supervise junior designers or assistants, if assigned.
• Manage timelines and ensure on-time delivery of designs.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in ethnic or Indo-western fashion, preferably blouse design.
• Strong understanding of fabrics, cuts, embellishments, and fitting techniques.
• Ability to visualize and translate ideas into wearable designs.
• Proficient in sketching or using digital design tools (like CorelDRAW and Illustrator).
• Excellent attention to detail, color sense, and aesthetic judgment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
