Job Description

As a Fashion Designer at the company, your role will involve conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques. You will seek design inspiration to create innovative designs and select fabrics and trims that align with the vision of the collection. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and assisting in the production of clothing by identifying trends, selecting styles, fabrics, colors, prints, and trims for the collection - Planning and developing ranges, often based on a specific theme - Developing patterns that are cut and sewn into sample garments, overseeing the creation process including fitting, detailing, and adaptations, as well as supervising production - Leading junior designers to ensure the team works cohesively towards achieving design goals Ideally, you should have: - Diploma in Fashion Design (Preferred) - 1 year of total work experience, with at least 1 year in fashion design (Preferred) This is a full-time position with the opportunity for a yearly bonus.
