Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales function. The role involves driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding the brand’s presence across retail, wholesale, and designer platforms, while maintaining the luxury positioning of the brand. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Manage and grow retail and B2B relationships, including multi-designer stores (e.g., Ogaan), boutiques, and pop-up events . Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the brand’s footprint in India and internationally. Build, train, and manage the sales team to deliver exceptional results. Partner with the marketing and PR teams to align sales goals with campaigns, events, and influencer/celebrity placements. Provide personalized client interactions in-store and during events, embodying the luxury ethos of the brand. Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management. Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, collections, and brand story to effectively communicate value to clients. Ensure the highest standards of customer experience, consistent with luxury brand expectations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3–6 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong network and understanding of the Indian luxury fashion ecosystem (multi-designer stores, stylists, influencers, celebrities). We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer with 45 years of industry experience, specializing in embroidery design, surface ornamentation, and concept ideation . The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of Indian textiles, craftsmanship, and contemporary silhouettes, with the ability to translate design ideas into commercially successful collections. Key Responsibilities: Develop and conceptualize seasonal collections, with a strong focus on embroidery and artisanal craft techniques. Create mood boards, color palettes, and design sketches aligned with the brand's vision. Innovate embroidery artworks in coordination with the in-house team and master karigars. Collaborate with the sampling and production team to ensure accurate execution of designs. Oversee the entire design development process from ideation to final product. Research global and local fashion trends, fabrics, and embellishment techniques to keep collections fresh and relevant. Coordinate with fabric vendors and artisans to source materials and develop new techniques. Provide technical drawings, measurements, and detailed design specs for sampling. Participate in fittings, collection reviews, and client customisations when required. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design from a reputed institute (e.g., NIFT, Pearl Academy, etc.). 45 years of experience in a design-focused role within the fashion industry, preferably in Indian or occasion wear. Strong background in embroidery techniques , textile knowledge, and surface development. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar design tools.
