You are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fashion Consultant & Stylist to join the team at Eeksha Couture. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fashion, an exceptional sense of style, and a proven ability to provide personalized styling advice to discerning clientele. Your role will involve creating a luxurious and memorable experience for customers, assisting them in discovering their perfect looks for special occasions and bridal wear. - Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their style preferences, body type, and occasion requirements. - Provide expert advice on outfit selection, color palettes, fabrics, and accessories to create complete and cohesive looks. - Possess a thorough understanding of Eeksha Couture's collections, including bridal wear, occasion wear, and accessories. - Deliver exceptional customer service, building rapport and ensuring a personalized and luxurious experience for each client. - Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and integrate them into styling recommendations. - Work closely with and lead the design and production teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless execution of styling requests. - Represent Eeksha Couture with professionalism and style, embodying the brand's values and aesthetic. Qualifications/Skills Required: - 2+ years of proven experience as a Fashion Consultant or Stylist, preferably in the luxury fashion industry. - Strong understanding of fashion trends, styles, and designers. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs. - Exceptional sense of style and a keen eye for detail. - Strong sales and customer service skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in styling software or tools is a plus. Please Note: There will be multiple rounds of interviews. Round 1 will be conducted online. However, round 2 mandatorily requires your physical presence in Kolkata.
