Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their style preferences, body type, and occasion requirements. - Offer expert advice on outfit selection, color palettes, fabrics, and accessories to create complete and cohesive looks. - Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Eeksha Couture's collections, including bridal wear, occasion wear, and accessories. - Provide exceptional customer service, establishing rapport and ensuring a personalized and luxurious experience for each client. - Keep abreast of the latest fashion trends and integrate them into styling recommendations. - Collaborate with and lead the design and production teams to guarantee client satisfaction and smooth execution of styling requests. - Represent Eeksha Couture with professionalism and style, reflecting the brand's values and aesthetic. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fashion Consultant or Stylist, preferably in the luxury fashion industry. - Profound knowledge of fashion trends, styles, and designers. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to establish connections with clients and comprehend their needs. - Outstanding sense of style and attention to detail. - Strong sales and customer service capabilities. - Capability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in styling software or tools is advantageous.
