About the Role An Interior Designer with a focus on Styling Lead for Real Estate, possessing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design with 10+ years of experience, should be aesthetically oriented, design-focused, and client-facing with International education or experience is a plu s, as is experience working with prominent designers. This role requires strong design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage client expectations and project execution. Responsibilities Manage client expectations and project execution. Translate design concepts into visually appealing spaces. Curate and arrange furniture, decor, and accessories. Design and style spaces for residential or commercial real estate projects. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and present design solutions effectively. Required Skills Aesthetic Orientation: A strong sense of aesthetics and the ability to translate design concepts into visually appealing spaces. Design Orientation: Deep understanding of design principles, space planning, and material selection. Client Facing: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, understand their needs, and present design solutions effectively. Styling Expertise: Ability to curate and arrange furniture, decor, and accessories to create cohesive and stylish interiors. Experience: Specific experience in designing and styling spaces for residential or commercial real estate projects. International Exposure: Any international education or work experience is highly valued, indicating a broader perspective and exposure to diverse design styles. Working with Famous Designers: Experience working under or alongside well-known interior designers is a significant advantage. This demonstrates the ability to learn from and contribute to high-profile projects. Preferred Skills Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines effectively. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and other relevant tools. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve design challenges effectively.
