Senior Fashion Consultant (Designer couture)

As a Senior Fashion Consultant in the Luxury Occasion Wear Segment, your role involves curating and styling luxury wardrobes for clients. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, assisting with personal shopping, and couture selections. Taking ownership in achieving sales targets and identifying customer needs are key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you are expected to provide end-to-end product knowledge and ensure appropriate actions are taken on customer requests. Promptly providing feedback on customers/stock to managers/head-office and maintaining merchandise as per styling guidelines are crucial tasks. Timely updating of daily sales reports is also part of your duties.
