Senior Fashion Consultant & CRM

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing expert fashion consulting and guidance to clients.
• Staying updated with fashion trends and product knowledge to deliver relevant recommendations.
• Managing and nurturing long-term client relationships.
• Overseeing the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing, while ensuring seamless client experiences.
• Delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication and personalized care.

Qualifications

• Mandatory

  : Bachelor’s degree or diploma in

  Fashion Design, Fashion Business, Fashion Communication, Textiles, or a related fashion discipline

• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, product categories, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proven sales acumen and ability to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Prior experience in the fashion industry is preferred (though not mandatory if you have strong fashion academic credentials).
