Senior Facilitator

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, project-based training sessions in core engineering and technology areas.
• Mentor students, encouraging creativity, problem-solving, and innovation.
• Support curriculum implementation and ensure it aligns with local hub needs.
• Collaborate with Hub Managers to plan sessions and monitor student progress.
• Share knowledge and train hub staff/mentors for sustainability.
• Provide regular feedback and reports to the Program Head.
• Stay updated with latest trends in technology and education.

Who We Are Looking For

• Retired/Senior professional with a strong background in engineering, technology, or applied sciences.
• Teaching, mentoring, or training experience (formal or informal).
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with students.
• Willingness to travel to Innovation Hubs across Karnataka.
• Passionate about guiding the next generation of innovators.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
