Senior Executive/Junior Manager - PT- Machining- Quality(1256)

Job Description

Role & responsibilities -1256 1.Shift Handling & Manpower engagement as per skill set. 2. Hands on experience of Measurement Machines like CMM, Roughness & Roundness Machines etc. 3. Good knowledge of Machining process. 4. Good knowledge of Calibration activity and expertise in repair of instruments like Vernier Caliper, Height Gauge, micrometer, dial gauges etc. 5. Conduct regular checks of Manpower & instruments through MSA study. 6. Ensuring Part inspection as per defined frequency. 7. Collection & Handover of Instruments , gauges, Equipments and jigs as per calibration plan to QA San. 8. Training of subordinates as per training plan. 9. Preparation of Documents related to QMS implementation. 10. Rejection Data collection & Root cause analysis through 7 QC tools. 11. Conduct Process capability study through SPC. 12. Share action plan to concerned section through follow ups with concerned team. 13. Conduct regular Patrolling audits to ensure Quality Product delivery to customer. 14. Ensure Safety, Hygiene, Quality, 5S and 4M audits are conducted on the shop floor as per decided frequency. 15. Ensure Quality targets are achieved on the shop floor with SAFETY. 16. Ensure work is carried out as per company Procedures (GSOS) & OPS/Work Instruction Sheet . Also do timely Review of OPS & GSOS. 17. Ensure achievement of Suggestions targets as per guidelines. 18. Conduct daily shift start and end meeting, One-to-One communication to know the concerns of Blue Collars. Act to close all concerns raised by them. 19. Ensure KPI Goals are traced, and extra efforts are taken to achieve these Goals. HR-301/03 Rev.01 20. All the communications received from management are to be communicated down the line. 21. Ensure your flexibility to work in any area as per requirement by management. 22. Attend all the training which is planned for him and ensure his team members also attends the training as per plan. 23. Participate in internal/External ISO 9001Audits, Projects as per guidelines. 24. Participate in 5S activities on shop floor and ensure the excellent level of 5S on lines. 25. Knowledge of ISO Systems like ISO9001/14001
