Senior Executive/Executive Payroll & Statutory Compliance (Finance)

The Finance & Accounts department at our Airoli, Navi Mumbai location is currently seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of a Finance & Accounts Executive. As a Finance & Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for various key responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of financial and accounting operations. Your primary responsibilities will include handling Statutory Compliance tasks such as calculating and processing PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and related monthly/annual filings. Additionally, you will be involved in managing Employee Benefits by processing reimbursements, allowances, and other employee claims efficiently. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum qualification of B.Com, BAF (Bachelor of Accounting & Finance), or any finance-related degree. Furthermore, having a strong understanding of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and TDS will be crucial in ensuring success in this position.
