Functional Description:

This profile is responsible for overall Business Development activities for our new product basket which is Biodegradable / Compostable packaging like Carry bags, Shopping Bags, Trash Bags, Pouches, Film, etc made of natural polymer like PLA, PBAT, Biobased Compounds, PBS, PHA, etc. This type resin is having the same properties as LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, PET, etc but are natural based polymer. The product is Environment Friendly.

Responsibilities:

  • To drive Business Development and marketing activities for export market.
  • Undertake customer visits to understand requirements and continuous communication with required internal teams.
  • Handles the export business development activities for Europe, USA, Australia, Middle East, Asia Region.
  • Understand customer's business products, applications, manufacturing facilities and segments serviced and give solutions as per their needs, identify the products from our range.
  • Identify different types of application to be offered to different customers by proper segmentation.
  • To develop new business opportunities among existing and new customer /segments.
  • To generate new leads and develop new partners for target geographies and customer relationship.

To apply you need to have:

  • Export sales experience with a strong record of tackling and acquiring international clients.
  • Willing to take ownership.
  • Knowledge of Biodegradable / Compostable packaging is a plus.
  • Experience on handling a segment or category single-handedly.
  • Should have experience in building the product sales from scratch.
  • Should have done sales for retail customers.
  • Done sales for a niche in which should be able to sell premium pricing product.
  • Selling innovative product is an advantage.
