Role: Senior Executive - US Immigration

Role & responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end U.S. business visa and work permit filings (H1B, L1).
• Prepare and file I-129 petitions and related documentation.
• Coordinate with employees, legal counsel, and HR teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Maintain and update immigration records and trackers.
• Stay current with U.S. immigration policies and compliance requirements.
• Support audits and respond to RFEs (Requests for Evidence) as needed.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on visa-related queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline immigration processes.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 2-6 years of experience in U.S. immigration processes.
• Strong knowledge of H1B, L1 visa categories, and I-129 petition filing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Bachelors degree in any discipline; legal or HR background preferred.
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or legal teams.
• Familiarity with immigration compliance audits and reporting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
