Senior Executive- Travel & Expense

As a Senior Executive - Travel and Expense at our company based in Pune, you will play a crucial role in managing and streamlining our travel and expense processes utilizing the Concur system. Your responsibilities will revolve around ensuring policy compliance, conducting data analysis, and driving cost efficiency improvements. Your key responsibilities will include administering and optimizing the Concur Travel and Expense system, guaranteeing that all travel and expense activities align with company policies and regulations, reviewing and approving expense reports for accuracy, serving as the primary point of contact for user inquiries and issues, providing end-user support, collaborating with IT teams, analyzing travel and expense data, providing training to employees, conducting audits, overseeing corporate credit card management, generating reports, and supporting ad-hoc reporting requests. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience), at least 4 years of experience in travel and expense management (experience with Concur is preferred), familiarity with corporate card programs, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, a customer service mindset, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel), and knowledge of travel industry regulations and expense policies. The shift timing for this position is from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM.
