Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for delivering Pre-Process (Language & Soft Skills) and/or Refresher Trainings to all EXL employees. Your role will involve recommending updates to the training curriculum, gathering TNI, suggesting module changes/ updates, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs. You will interact with associates attending the training by providing coaching and mentoring. Additionally, you will be required to provide periodic reports to the Operations owner/Training Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver Pre-Process (Language & Soft Skills) and/or Refresher Trainings to EXL employees - Recommend updates to training curriculum - Gather TNI and suggest module changes/updates - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs - Provide coaching and mentoring to associates attending the training - Report periodically to Operations owner/Training Manager Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills - Experience in delivering training programs - Ability to provide coaching and mentoring - Good analytical and reporting skills (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
