Job Title: Training & Development and CSR Specialist Location: Gandhinagar Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Training & Development and CSR Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in designing and delivering training programs, as well as experience in managing CSR initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deliver training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge - Conduct training needs assessment, identify training gaps, and develop training plans - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement - Manage and implement CSR initiatives, including community development programs, environmental sustainability projects, and philanthropic activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR initiatives into business operations - Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including NGOs, government agencies, and community groups - Monitor and report on CSR performance, including progress against targets and outcomes Requirements: - 5-7 years of experience in Training & Development and CSR, preferably in a similar industry - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field - Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, as well as managing CSR initiatives - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in Training & Development, CSR, or a related field - Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Knowledge of CSR reporting frameworks, such as GRI or CDP What We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and growing company - Collaborative and supportive work environment - Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance
