Job Description

  • Identify and approach potential clients including hospitals, clinics, doctors, and corporate tie-ups
  • Promote the company’s diagnostic services and offerings
  • Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and client meetings for lead conversion
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
  • Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for smooth service delivery
  • Participate in health camps, promotional events, and tie-up discussions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
  • Graduate in any stream (Science/Healthcare background preferred)
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in sales (preferably in healthcare/diagnostics/pharma)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good negotiation and client-handling skills
  • Local area knowledge and willingness to travel within territory
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
