Senior Executive - Sourcing & Procurement (MRO Services)

You will be joining the Middle East & Europe team located in Noida as a Sr. Exec/AM Sourcing. Your prior experience in sourcing, category knowledge, and negotiation skills will play a key role in this position. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager - Middle East & Europe, your objective will be to excel as a techno-commercial individual in this challenging role. Your responsibilities will include obtaining quotes from suppliers, negotiating prices, and establishing relationships to optimize delivery and credit terms. Additionally, you will be analyzing customer purchase data to identify ARC and RFQ opportunities, conducting price analysis at item and category levels, coordinating with various teams, and enhancing procurement processes. The ideal candidate for this role should have 2-6 years of experience in the sourcing industry, with a salary range of 3 - 6 LPA. You are expected to possess in-depth knowledge of supply chain and strategic sourcing, particularly in Indirect Procurement within the manufacturing sector. Strong negotiation skills, customer-centric mindset, and the ability to innovate and streamline processes are essential for success. Education-wise, a graduation degree is essential, while an MBA from a reputed institute is desirable. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to business development and sales will be advantageous.
