• Development of skill qualifications and outcomes-based curriculum for various skill programs being
offered by the University in co-ordination with Subject Matter Experts.
• Co-ordinating with Partners, Service Providers and Subject Matter Experts to get the curriculum and
other learning materials developed for specialized courses.
• Reviewing and writing curriculum, content and question banks and ensuring adherence to guidelines
and quality standards.
• Entry of Qualification in the SIDH portal.
• Understanding the National Skills Qualification framework (NSQF); National Higher Education
Qualification Framework (NHEQF) and National Credit Framework (NCRF)
• Curation of on-line content based on learning outcomes.
• Creation of content for student workbooks, logbooks and e-learning materials based on curated
materials.
• Understanding the University Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other Technology platforms
and ensure seamless integration of academic aspects with the online platforms
• Any other work as relevant to the Department of Academics of the University as delegated by the
University management from time to time
• Very good English language skills spoken and written
• Adept at MSOffice Word and MS Excel, Comfortable with MS PowerPoint
• Readiness to learn and take on additional responsibility, when required
• Good interpersonal skills
• Multi-tasking, Time Management, Planning and Organizing Skills
