Senior Executive Sales (Personal Care)

Job Title: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Sales-Personal Care Ingredients)

Job Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for meeting sales targets in the assigned territory from both existing and new customers, ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders, coordinating technical trials, and maintaining ongoing healthy relationships with customers to sustain and enhance high customer satisfaction levels. The position is also responsible for the timely collection of payments from customers.

Responsibilities:

A) Customer / Order Acquisition

• Seeking new customers from external sources, including references from existing customers.
• Following up on leads received from the Sales Manager and other internal sources.
• Building an order pipeline to meet/exceed planned revenue targets.
• Acquiring orders from customers and communicating the same to CRM for timely fulfillment.
• Obtaining complete information about the clients requirements and communicating the same to the R&D Executive.

B) Coordinating New Projects

• Working with customers and internal teams to coordinate new projects and ensure successful implementation.

C) Order Fulfillment

• Ensuring that all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, coordinating with CRM and logistics teams as necessary.

D) Receivable Management

• Managing the collection of payments from customers to ensure timely receivables.

E) Customer Engagement

• Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers to promote high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

• B.Sc. Chemistry/Diploma in Chemical Engineering or M.Sc. Chemistry/MBA.
• 4-8 years of sales experience in the chemical industry, specifically in personal care ingredients sales.
• Experience in specialty chemicals will be an advantage.

Functional Skills:

• Must be proficient in corporate sales (B2B Sales).
• Must be well-versed with the assigned products.
• Must be well-versed with personal care ingredients and specialty chemicals.
