Senior Executive - Recruitment

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for the company. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying hiring needs and working with management to understand requirements - Sourcing candidates through various channels like job portals, social media, and referrals - Screening and shortlisting resumes based on job requirements - Conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers for feedback - Negotiating offers and onboarding selected candidates You should possess the following qualifications: - Graduation degree - At least 2 years of experience in recruitment within the Mobile, Telecom, or Retail Industry - Candidates with prior experience in consultancy firms are also encouraged to apply The company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
