1. Production, planning, monitoring of intermediates and final product according to production plan.
2. To ensure that all production deviation are reported and all documentation is online.
3. To maintain production areas as per respective SOP.
4. Prompt reporting of all breakdowns.
5. To monitor validation and calibration status of process and equipment and measuring devices and to ensure that all related protocols and reports are reviewed and approved.
6. To supervise all production activities.
7. To prepare TNI of employees and training plan.
8. To monitor safety and health status of personnel.
9. Functional reporting shall be as per department organogram.
10. Any other responsibilities assigned by reporting manager.
