Senior Executive Production

As a Trainee Executive in the Production Team at IFF, your role will involve operating blending equipment, documenting raw material usage, and ensuring hygiene and safety standards in the production area. Your key responsibilities will include: - Operating blending equipment such as Blenders, Heat Sealers, and Metal Detectors according to production requirements. - Ensuring cleanliness and proper labeling of all blending equipment with relevant details. - Weighing, blending, and recording raw material usage accurately on shop floor documentation. - Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in production areas while adhering to safety protocols. - Actively participating in cross-training programs and supporting inventory control. - Handling mechanical equipment and moving bags weighing up to 2025 kg as needed. - Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor. To be successful in this role, you will need: - Basic computer knowledge, with SAP experience considered a plus. - Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, Excel, and production documentation. - Willingness to work in any of the three shifts (morning, evening, night). - Strong team player with good interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in the local language and English (spoken and written). - Physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks.
