Job responsibility:

1. Handling of department QMS and periodic review.

2. Process equipment day to day maintenance requirements & fulfilling user department requirements.

3. Identification of critical spares for process machinery (RMG, Blenders, FBD, FBE, Compression machines,, Coating machines, Inspection machines, LPD, Hydraulic machines.

4. Candidate should be hands on experience in Bottle packing line and blister packing machines.

5. Should be handle Up gradation of existing machinery, equipment, system & etc. to improve the quality.

6. Should be capable of problem identification and solving skills for RMG, Blenders, FBD, FBE, Compression machines,, Coating machines, Inspection machines, LPD, Hydraulic machines.

7. Should be capable of rootcause identification by using WHY-WHY, Fish bone analysis, Brainstorming Logic/Event Trees, Pareto Chart for RMG, Blenders, FBD, FBE, Compression machines,, Coating machines, Inspection machines, LPD, Hydraulic machines.

8. Followup and closer of QMS activities and participate in investigation as & when required.

9. Inventory Management of Engineering stores.

16. Responsible for on time PM completion as per the standards and Ensuring audit documentation and facing the audits. Should have through knowledge in CLIT

17. Should be capable of for Breakdown maintenance and MTBF and MTTR at below standard level .

18. Installation, commissioning and Qualification of new equipments.

19. Responsible to maintain the complete equipment spares list and should ensure to maintain min stock level for critical spares.

20. Co-ordination with vendors, cross functional teams during new machines installation and qualifications.

21. Maintaining all Process equipment related documents as per SOPs.

22. Should Ensure to follow SOPs and cGMP.

23. Responsible for Manufacturing and Packing Equipment’s validations and revalidations.
