1. In depth knowledge and hands on experience in shaving cutter resharpening, programming & profile correction (preferred ZA30A Nidec)
3. Working experience on Gear & shaft Manufacturing operations like
Turning, Hobbing, shaping, broaching, shaving and Hob, Broaching operation.
4. Knowledge of Gear parameter measurement (profile, tip relief & lead inspection, and Hob cut face, gash lead, and broach rack angle & Gallet radius inspection method)
1.Identify and implement improvements in the resharpening process to enhance efficiency and tool life while reducing downtime. Diagnose and resolve operational issues with resharpening machines and tooling setups independently.
2. Exposure to Problem solving tools (Insert, shaving profile correction in step-by-step method). Work closely with production supervisors and quality control teams to align tool resharpening with production requirements.
3. Knowledge about Quality management systems and process audit Complying with ISO 9001:2015 accreditation requirements
4. Manpower handling skill & operate and maintain resharpening machines for shaving cutters, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of the equipment.
