Senior Executive - Power Point Presentation Specialist

Role:

A PowerPoint Presentation Specialist is a creative professional skilled in transforming ideas, data, and concepts into compelling visual stories using Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools. Working closely with teams across departments, this specialist is responsible for designing, enhancing, and refining presentations that communicate information effectively, support business objectives, and leave a lasting impression on audiences.

Skills:

• Advanced

  proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including mastery of advanced functions such as animations, transitions, charts, and embedded media with at least 5 to 8 years of experience.


• Strong graphic design skills, with a solid understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.


• Familiarity with other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) is a plus.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret and visualize abstract ideas.


• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, professional work.


• Ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and quality.

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.


• Portfolio of previous presentations or design work demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and versatility.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Modify existing PowerPoint templates and presentations and implement input from subject matter experts, adhering to brand guidelines and project requirements.


• Visual Storytelling: Transform complex ideas, data, and narratives into clear, concise, and visually compelling slides that facilitate understanding and engagement.


• Template Creation: Develop reusable master templates, themes, and slide layouts to maintain consistency across presentations while allowing for flexibility and creativity.


• Brand Alignment: Ensure all presentations accurately reflect the organization s visual identity, including fonts, colors, logos, and imagery.


• Animation and Multimedia Integration: Add tasteful animations, transitions, videos, and interactive elements to enhance audience engagement without distracting from content.
