Role Description

This is a contract role for a Senior Executive - Payroll and Compliance. The Senior Executive will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling employee benefits, and maintaining accurate payroll records. The role involves timely and accurate processing of payroll, addressing payroll-related queries, and collaborating with the finance and HR departments. This is an on-site role located in Surat.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Payroll Management and Employee Benefits administration
• Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance requirements
• Experience in handling Payroll Software and maintaining payroll records
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
