Job Description

1. Control Testing & Risk Assessments

Assist in conducting execution risk assessments and reviews to identify process-level vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain and regularly update the Operational Risk Register to ensure accurate reflection of current risk exposures and mitigation actions.
Plan, execute, and manage control testing activities across business functions. • Conduct periodic risk assessments to evaluate control effectiveness and identify emerging risks.

2. Key Risk Indicators (KRI) Monitoring & Reporting

Track and report KRIs to relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely escalation of threshold breaches and trends.

3. Project Management Support

Provide operational support for digitization initiatives, including implementation and rollout of risk management tools and platforms.

4. ORM Framework Implementation

Support the deployment of ORM framework components such as vendor risk management, training programs, and awareness campaigns.
Collaborate with designated Risk Champions and functional SPOCs to ensure consistent risk practices and information flow.
Contribute to the preparation of governance reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders.

5. Stakeholder Management

Apply negotiation, people management, and relationship-building skills to foster cross-functional collaboration and drive risk culture
